Banana honey smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 x 150mL serves
Ingredients:
150mL milk5 scoops PediaSure vanilla
(or use 200ml PediaSure vanilla Ready-to-Drink)
1 small ripe banana
100g honey flavoured yoghurt
1 Tablespoon honey
Method:
1. Measure all ingredients into a blender jug.2. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Serve right away.
3. Store leftover in the fridge and consume within 1 day, shaking well before serving.
TIP:
- For a spicy twist, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg to the mix.
- For variety, replace banana with peach, fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries or raspberries.
